Pharmacy Technician/Billing & Accounts Specialist

Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Pharmacy Technician / Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN. This is a great fit for someone ready to take their career to the next level in an office environment!

 Billing & Account Specialist Position Details:
·         Monday – Friday – no evenings or weekends
·         Ability to work in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility
·         Growth potential within team structure
·         Provide excellent service via various platforms (phone, email, tech tickets, etc.)
·         Research and bill claims to responsible parties and process payments/refunds
·         Manage account balances
·         Maintain customer account accuracy, ensuring HIPAA compliance
·         Participate in special projects and process improvement 
·         Learn and implement new technologies as required
·         Utilize technology such as TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, MNITS, and insurance websites

Located in Fargo, ND consisting of Retail Central Fill, Long Term Care Central Fill, Tele-Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, and our Patient Care Center. This site fills thousands of prescriptions per day via automation and provides support to our retail pharmacy teams.
Long Term Care Pharmacy Technician
Long Term Care Pharmacy services patients who cannot come into the pharmacy to pick up their medications. We have closed door locations in ND, MN, and WI with focus in serving long term care patients.
Specialty Pharmacy Technician
Located at our closed-door Central Fill Site in Fargo, ND. Technicians help support patients on specialty medication providing additional management to ensure compliance of medication therapy.
